Fadil Martin
Fadil Martin is a senior professional and Managing Director of the company with extensive expertise in the field of secretarial compliance. With an illustrious career spanning 30 years at one of the Big Five audit firms, Mr. Martin has cultivated a deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Throughout his career, he has pursued continuous professional development, earning certifications in Commercial Law, Company Law, and Administration from The Southern African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Additionally, he holds a certificate in the Practical Application of Principal Provisions of the South African Companies Act 71 of 2008 from the University of Cape Town (UCT).
Following his retirement, Mr. Martin transitioned into a directorship role within the company, where he continues to provide exceptional secretarial and compliance services. As the head compliance consultant, he is regarded as the "go-to person" for any statutory queries or requirements, ensuring clients receive unparalleled guidance and expertise.

Akbar Mukaddam
Mr. Akbar Mukaddam, a senior veteran in secretarial duties, brings over 40 years of distinguished service in the corporate sector. He has worked with one of the Big Five audit firms over his 40-year tenure, earning a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate governance and compliance.
His deep knowledge of secretarial practices, combined with decades of corporate experience and an unwavering passion for his field, position him as an asset to the company.
Mr. Mukaddam is engaged with the company as a consulting contractor, providing his expert services on an as-needed basis to address specific statutory requirements. His involvement ensures adherence to regulatory standards and supports the company's commitment to excellence in corporate governance.
Sedick Hendricks
Sedick Hendricks assists with Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance Management in developing guidelines, processes and procedures required by law, rules, regulations and internal policies in managing risk towards commitment to ethics and compliance to improve efficiency, effectiveness and transparency.
Sedick also assists with secretarial services and business management solutions.
